The Pagès company

Pagès was created in 1859 in the Auvergne region in central France. The company boasts a tradition as a producer and distributor of plants, teas and herbal teas. Pagès is a company with an intimate relationship with nature, plants and the fruits serving as the basis of its product ranges.

Historical highlights

• 1859 - “Pagès La Verveine du Velay” company established
• 1959 - Product diversification and development of “herbal tea” business
• 1967 - ESPALY factory built
• 1985 - Pagès purchased by the family of the
               “Héritiers RENAUD – COINTREAU”
• 1987 - Pagès S.A. company established
• 1990 - Pagès S.A. sold to the German group O.T.G.
• 2000 - Buy-back of the Laboratoire Velay (wholly owned Pagès subsidiary)
• 2000 - Pagès S.A. transformed into Pagès S.A.S.
